      I ordered pink ribbon and received bright neon blue. I have sent 4 messages and still have not received a refund. Terrible product and customer service. And it was a very high shipping cost as well. I do not recommend this seller. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered and both times they shipped the wrong color.
