The is item shipped after a week. It showed as delivered to an address in Iowa, 700 miles from my address. I rechecked the order detail and found everything correct. When I contacted the seller they stated they would send a replacement. No replacement was sent. After reaching out to the seller a couple more times they did not replace or refund the item. I reached out to Etsy customer service and received a refund from Etsy, not from the original seller.

This is a lot of fun. It’s just as described. The shipping was very quick.

This is the second order from this seller that I did not receive. I received a package with the incorrect items, which were labeled for a customer in Switzerland. When I contacted the seller they asked me to return the items and said that they would ship new ones. A shipping label and new items were not forthcoming after two follow up messages. Only after reaching out to Etsy for customer service was I refunded.

First package got lost, company promptly sent another which arrived safely. Fabulous colours and so much of it once unpacked. Cant wait to start using in various projects

These silk strands are so beautiful!!! I requested mostly greens/blues/purples, and they fulfilled that request perfectly! And the color is really this vibrant in person-- even more so than in the pictures! I am so excited to start using these in my handspun yarn! Thank you, Knitsilk!!!

This might be better than silk hankies for knitting with.. it's easier to draw out for sure. I'm looking forward to knitting with it.
