Indian applicants must provide a valid GST number or business registration number, except for independent artisans, makers, hobbyists, and crafters.

Minimum Opening Order: โน5,000 INR. Minimum Reorder: 60% of initial opening order value, subject to prior approval. Orders below minimum may be accepted at standard pricing at KnitSilk's discretion.

All names, descriptions, photography, branding are KnitSilk IP. No altering, rebranding, or relabelling without written consent.

Governed by laws of India. Disputes under jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. International buyers agree to mutual negotiation before legal remedies.
